SAP25

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAP25 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAP25-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTHRC1P1, MYOM3-AS1, and MTND2P17. Each is linked with SAP25 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAP25-to-partner and partner-to-SAP25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAP25→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAP25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
