SAP25

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SAP25 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,252 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAP25-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLPTM1, NECTIN2, and BCL2L12. Each is linked with SAP25 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAP25-to-partner and partner-to-SAP25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAP25→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAP25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
