SAP18P3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAP18P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,792 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAP18P3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of chromosome organization, Response to ionizing radiation, and Positive regulation of DNA-templated transcription, elongation. Each is linked with SAP18P3 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAP18P3-to-partner and partner-to-SAP18P3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of chromosome organization grouped by SAP18P3-low versus SAP18P3-high in ESCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAP18P3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAP18P3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
