SAP18

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAP18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,401 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAP18-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SUGT1, WBP4, and ZMYM2. Each is linked with SAP18 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAP18-to-partner and partner-to-SAP18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SAP18 versus SUGT1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAP18→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAP18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
