SAP18

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAP18 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,879 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAP18-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC58, SASS6, and F13A1. Each is linked with SAP18 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAP18-to-partner and partner-to-SAP18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SAP18 versus CCDC58 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAP18→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAP18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
