Across TCGA cell cohorts, SAP18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,048 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAP18-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Sister chromatid biorientation, Positive regulation of mitotic sister chromatid separation, and Positive regulation of mitotic metaphase/anaphase transition. Each is linked with SAP18 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAP18-to-partner and partner-to-SAP18 results are reported.
