Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAMSN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,805 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SAMSN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTPN7, PTPRC, and RASAL3. Each is linked with SAMSN1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAMSN1-to-partner and partner-to-SAMSN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SAMSN1 versus PTPN7 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAMSN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAMSN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
