Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAMSN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,060 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SAMSN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYTH4, BIN2, and PLEK. Each is linked with SAMSN1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAMSN1-to-partner and partner-to-SAMSN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SAMSN1 versus CYTH4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAMSN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAMSN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
