Across TCGA cell cohorts, SAMSN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,082 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAMSN1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of protein deubiquitination, Ribosome-associated ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, and Regulation of CD4-positive, alpha-beta T cell activation. Each is linked with SAMSN1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAMSN1-to-partner and partner-to-SAMSN1 results are reported.
