Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SAMSN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,686 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SAMSN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GYS1, GALNT11, and SEPTIN3. Each is linked with SAMSN1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAMSN1-to-partner and partner-to-SAMSN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SAMSN1 versus GYS1 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAMSN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAMSN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
