SAMSN1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SAMSN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,470 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAMSN1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA stabilization, Positive regulation of cGAS/STING signaling pathway, and T-helper 17 type immune response. Each is linked with SAMSN1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAMSN1-to-partner and partner-to-SAMSN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA stabilization grouped by SAMSN1-low versus SAMSN1-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

protein abundance associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAMSN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAMSN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
