SAMD9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAMD9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,917 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAMD9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DTX3L, GBP1, and GBP4. Each is linked with SAMD9 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAMD9-to-partner and partner-to-SAMD9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAMD9→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAMD9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
