Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAMD9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,916 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SAMD9-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND4P33, SERP2, and DSCR4-IT1. Each is linked with SAMD9 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAMD9-to-partner and partner-to-SAMD9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAMD9→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAMD9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
