Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAMD5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,567 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SAMD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND2P7, SEPTIN14P19, and RNA5SP422. Each is linked with SAMD5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAMD5-to-partner and partner-to-SAMD5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAMD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAMD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
