SAMD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAMD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,832 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAMD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP73, BRWD1P2, and AKR1A1. Each is linked with SAMD3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAMD3-to-partner and partner-to-SAMD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP73 grouped by SAMD3-low versus SAMD3-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAMD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAMD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
