SAMD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SAMD3 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,738 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAMD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAS1R3, ARID4A, and NACA. Each is linked with SAMD3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAMD3-to-partner and partner-to-SAMD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TAS1R3 grouped by SAMD3-low versus SAMD3-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAMD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAMD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
