The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher SAMD14 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SAMD14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LIHC, LGG, and SCLC are the cancer types where SAMD14 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
