SAMD14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAMD14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,188 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAMD14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPARC, TIMP2, and DAPK3. Each is linked with SAMD14 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAMD14-to-partner and partner-to-SAMD14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SAMD14 versus SPARC in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAMD14→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAMD14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
