SAMD14

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAMD14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,113 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAMD14-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01072, MIR6133, and KRTAP15-1. Each is linked with SAMD14 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAMD14-to-partner and partner-to-SAMD14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01072 grouped by SAMD14-low versus SAMD14-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAMD14→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAMD14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
