SAMD13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAMD13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,256 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAMD13-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRKACB, SLC35A3, and PDIK1L. Each is linked with SAMD13 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAMD13-to-partner and partner-to-SAMD13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAMD13→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAMD13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
