SAMD12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAMD12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 27,395 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAMD12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DLG1, OXR1, and CORO2A. Each is linked with SAMD12 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAMD12-to-partner and partner-to-SAMD12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SAMD12 versus DLG1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAMD12→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAMD12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
