Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAMD12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,888 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SAMD12-associated genes across cancer lineages are SAMD12-AS1, MAL2, and SYNPR-AS1. Each is linked with SAMD12 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAMD12-to-partner and partner-to-SAMD12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SAMD12 versus SAMD12-AS1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAMD12→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAMD12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
