Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAMD12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 607 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SAMD12-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIT, RNU7-29P, and COX6CP12. Each is linked with SAMD12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAMD12-to-partner and partner-to-SAMD12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KIT grouped by SAMD12-low versus SAMD12-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAMD12→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAMD12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
