SAMD10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAMD10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,000 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAMD10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are OGFR, CSE1L, and STAU1. Each is linked with SAMD10 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAMD10-to-partner and partner-to-SAMD10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SAMD10 versus OGFR in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAMD10→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAMD10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
