Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAMD10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAMD10-associated genes across cancer lineages are Ku80. Each is linked with SAMD10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAMD10-to-partner and partner-to-SAMD10 results are reported.
