The most reproducible SAMD10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of triglyceride storage, Sensory perception of salty taste, and Regulation of membrane repolarization during ventricular cardiac muscle cell action potential. Each is linked with SAMD10 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAMD10-to-partner and partner-to-SAMD10 results are reported.
