SALRNA3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SALRNA3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,320 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SALRNA3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BGN, AEBP1, and COL1A1. Each is linked with SALRNA3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SALRNA3-to-partner and partner-to-SALRNA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SALRNA3 versus BGN in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SALRNA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SALRNA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
