Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SALL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,436 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SALL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZMYM3, SETMAR, and AGO1. Each is linked with SALL2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SALL2-to-partner and partner-to-SALL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SALL2 versus ZMYM3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SALL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SALL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
