SALL2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SALL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,741 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SALL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBM23, C14orf93, and CHD8. Each is linked with SALL2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SALL2-to-partner and partner-to-SALL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SALL2 versus RBM23 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SALL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SALL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
