SALL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SALL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,650 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SALL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS10-NUDT3, ITGB1BP1, and PARP2. Each is linked with SALL2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SALL2-to-partner and partner-to-SALL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS10-NUDT3 grouped by SALL2-low versus SALL2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SALL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SALL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
