SALL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SALL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 120 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SALL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DPRX, NPHS2, and OR5AK2. Each is linked with SALL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SALL2-to-partner and partner-to-SALL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DPRX grouped by SALL2-low versus SALL2-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SALL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SALL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
