Across TCGA patient cohorts, SALL1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,340 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SALL1P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vesicle-mediated transport in synapse, Regulation of neuron differentiation, and Positive regulation of protein localization to membrane. Each is linked with SALL1P1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SALL1P1-to-partner and partner-to-SALL1P1 results are reported.
