SALL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SALL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,107 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SALL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SALL1_S1198, SASH3, and DCHS1. Each is linked with SALL1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SALL1-to-partner and partner-to-SALL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SALL1 versus SALL1_S1198 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.92.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SALL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SALL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
