SALL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SALL1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 86 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SALL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with SALL1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SALL1-to-partner and partner-to-SALL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by SALL1-low versus SALL1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SALL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SALL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
