Across TCGA cell cohorts, SALL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,848 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SALL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ureteric bud elongation, Response to methionine, and Cellular response to methionine. Each is linked with SALL1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SALL1-to-partner and partner-to-SALL1 results are reported.
