SALL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SALL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 590 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SALL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2B2, ACSM4, and DYTN. Each is linked with SALL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SALL1-to-partner and partner-to-SALL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2B2 grouped by SALL1-low versus SALL1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SALL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SALL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
