SAG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,707 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAG-associated genes across cancer lineages are INO80B-WBP1, MRPL11, and RPL23AP82. Each is linked with SAG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAG-to-partner and partner-to-SAG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, INO80B-WBP1 grouped by SAG-low versus SAG-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAG→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
