SAG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SAG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAG-associated genes across cancer lineages are CFHR2, MROH2B, and OR6C4. Each is linked with SAG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAG-to-partner and partner-to-SAG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CFHR2 grouped by SAG-low versus SAG-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAG→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
