Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAFB2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,672 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SAFB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAGLN, ACTA2, and DSE. Each is linked with SAFB2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAFB2-to-partner and partner-to-SAFB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SAFB2 versus TAGLN in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAFB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAFB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
