Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAFB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,165 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SAFB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are INCENP, ACAD8, and CENPU. Each is linked with SAFB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAFB2-to-partner and partner-to-SAFB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, INCENP grouped by SAFB2-low versus SAFB2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAFB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAFB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
