SAFB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAFB2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAFB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, EGFR_pY1068, and MEK1. Each is linked with SAFB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAFB2-to-partner and partner-to-SAFB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by SAFB2-low versus SAFB2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAFB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAFB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
