Across TCGA cell cohorts, SAFB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,673 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAFB2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Constitutive heterochromatin formation, Regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I, and Positive regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process. Each is linked with SAFB2 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAFB2-to-partner and partner-to-SAFB2 results are reported.
