Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SAFB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SAFB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYOD1, HHLA1, and ST8SIA2. Each is linked with SAFB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAFB2-to-partner and partner-to-SAFB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYOD1 grouped by SAFB2-low versus SAFB2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAFB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAFB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
