SAE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAE1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,013 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-235P, MIR1227, and IGHD6-19. Each is linked with SAE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAE1-to-partner and partner-to-SAE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-235P grouped by SAE1-low versus SAE1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
