SAE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAE1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGFBP2, MEK1, and MYH11. Each is linked with SAE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAE1-to-partner and partner-to-SAE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGFBP2 grouped by SAE1-low versus SAE1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
