Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SACS Mutation is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SACS data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher SACS Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SACS expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.

ACC, LUSC, and UCEC are the cancer types where SACS Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
