Across TCGA patient cohorts, SACS protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,190 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SACS-associated genes across cancer lineages are SACS-AS1, SGCG, and TREM1. Each is linked with SACS in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SACS-to-partner and partner-to-SACS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SACS versus SACS-AS1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.
