Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SACS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,386 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SACS-associated genes across cancer lineages are F10, BCCIP, and DEPDC1. Each is linked with SACS in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SACS-to-partner and partner-to-SACS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, F10 grouped by SACS-low versus SACS-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SACS→partner) and Y-score (partner→SACS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
