SACS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SACS RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,088 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SACS-associated genes across cancer lineages are FANCB, STX2, and STARD9. Each is linked with SACS in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SACS-to-partner and partner-to-SACS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SACS versus FANCB in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SACS→partner) and Y-score (partner→SACS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
