Across TCGA cell cohorts, SACS RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,414 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SACS-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mitotic sister chromatid separation, Mitotic spindle organization, and Regulation of chromosome segregation. Each is linked with SACS in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SACS-to-partner and partner-to-SACS results are reported.
